Chidinma Oyeoka is a strategic HR professional who is committed to delivering value to organisations by proffering HR solutions in line with business strategy.

She holds an undergraduate degree in International Relations from Covenant University. She is an Associate with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

She has cumulative experience as a human resource professional in HR strategy, organizational structuring, succession planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, policy design, training and development, and performance management.

Prior to joining HReade, she worked as an HR Learning Lead and HR and Admin Officer with Venia Business Hub and Cita Petroleum respectively.

She enjoys reading, listening to music and podcast, and singing.
