HReade Limited is a human resource consulting company that began operations in 2008. In November of the same year, HReade was incorporated and moved to its first office location in January 2009. The company –HReade Limited, was birthed from the need to create value and align businesses with their people strategy.
Our name depicts what we do Human REsource And DEvelopment.
Our competitive advantage lies in our execution plan, our ability to understand businesses and their needs.
Our focus is to positively impact our clients’ businesses through the solutions we proffer. Our emphasis when working with our clients is to develop practical solutions in line with their business strategy. Over the years, we have been able to achieve this through a collaborative approach with our clients which helps us develop solutions that bridge gaps identified.

MEET OUR MANAGING CONSULTANT
Tosin Odusote is a human resource generalist with demonstrated competence in working as a business partner to design and implement solutions that enhance overall business performance. Her experiences are in learning and development, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management systems, organizational development, and strategy.
Tosin has an undergraduate degree in Sociology from University of Ibadan, Ibadan and a Masters of Business Administration degree with a focus in Human Resource Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania, USA. She has a certification in administering SHL tools, a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Nigeria, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) USA, and HR Network Africa.
She has worked with Fuleji Nigeria Limited- Lagos, Total Nigeria Plc. – Lagos, Indiana Small Business Institute – USA, Citizens International – USA, Kimberly Ryan Limited – Lagos. She is currently the Managing Consultant at HReade.
Some of the things Tosin enjoys doing are travelling, cooking, attending social events and writing.
