Description
- Assists in creating, editing, and formatting templates, reports, and other company documents.
- Maintains an organized filing system for digital and physical documents.
- Ensures all documents are accurate and aligned with company standards.
- Develops reusable templates for company documents and ensures consistency across teams.
- Assists with coordinating tasks and timelines for ongoing projects.
- Follows-up with team members on ongoing projects.
- Performs additional tasks assigned by supervisors to support the smooth functioning of the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Structural, Electrical or Civil) from an accredited institution
