Fiyinfoluwa Adeoti has an undergraduate degree in English from Obafemi Awolowo University. She is currently pursuing a Masters’ Program in Industrial and Labour Relations from the University of Lagos.

Prior to joining HReade, she worked as an HR Assistant with Asset & Equity Group. Her areas of interests are recruitment and selection, employee relations and HR strategy.

She is a student member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN). She enjoys sowing, reading and playing board games.

She is currently an HR Analyst with HReade Limited.
