Folake Ohomina has an undergraduate degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the Lagos State University.

She is a strategic and innovative HR professional that translates business vision into HR initiatives to improve performance, profitability, growth, and employee engagement. Knowledgeable about HR processes and procedures, with a proven track record of providing support to businesses that translates visions and goals into actionable and value-added strategies.

Folake is passionate about finding ways on how employees can be motivated to remain productive in the workplace and believes that human capital is every organisation’s greatest asset.

Prior to joining HReade, she interned with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Nigeria where she kicked off her human resources career.

She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN).

Folake is easy going and gets along with people. She enjoys drawing, crafting, meditating and travelling.
