Tosin Odusote is a human resource generalist with demonstrated competence in working as a business partner to design and implement solutions that enhance overall business performance. Her experiences are in learning and development, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management systems, organizational development, and strategy.

Tosin has an undergraduate degree in Sociology from University of Ibadan, Ibadan and a Masters of Business Administration degree with a focus in Human Resource Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania, USA. She has a certification in administering SHL tools, a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Nigeria, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) USA, and HR Network Africa.

She has worked with Fuleji Nigeria Limited- Lagos, Total Nigeria Plc. – Lagos, Indiana Small Business Institute – USA, Citizens International – USA, Kimberly Ryan Limited – Lagos. She is currently the Managing Consultant at HReade.

Some of the things Tosin enjoys doing are travelling, cooking, attending social events and writing.
